ABOUT ME

Welcome to JEWMONTE LEWIS FITNESS & TRAINING EMPOWERMENT! I'm JewMonte Edward Lewis, the founder and CEO of this company. I'm a Cedar Hill, TX native-strength & empowerment coach with five years of experience in Training & Empowering athletes and Functional fitness coaching. 

I graduated from West Texas A&M University with my Bachelor's Degree in Sports & Exercise Science, and I achieved my Associates Degree in Kinesiology from Tyler Junior College. My goal is to help athletes of all ages achieve their full potential on the field and off, in three key aspects; mentally, spiritually and physically. With my experience in multi-sport competition and coaching, you can expect a knowledgeable coach who aims to elevate you toward your full potential—not only on the field of play but outside the game as well.

Fitness Programs

Daily Workout Plan 

A one-time plan, including a vigorous 30- minute full body workout. This plan has a one day turnaround, with payment due a day in advance.

Weekly Workout Plan

A five-day workout plan, including five vigorous 30-minute workouts tailored to your specific fitness goals. This plan has a week turnaround with a $100 per week payment due a week in advance.

Virtual Group Fitness

Virtual Group Fitness classes will hosted in Zoom App Monday- Friday for a 4-week period. Classes are an hour long. A $50/month fee is due in advance to secure class position.

Private Virtual Fitness Training

Private 1-on-1 virtual classes will be hosted on Zoom app Monday- Friday for a 4-week period. Classes are an hour long. A $75/monthly fee is due in advance to secure class position.

Private Training Sessions

A private 1-on-1 training session. Training sessions are an hour long . Individual sessions are $35/ hour per session. Monthly training sessions are $170/monthly. Up to 5 sessions in a week.

Virtual Boxing Fitness

Private 1-on-1 virtual classes will be hosted on the zoom app Monday - Friday. Virtual sessions will be on hour long, focusing on boxing fundamentals, self-defense and mental toughness. A $65/ weekly fee is due in advance to secure class position. Train up to 5 sessions in a week.

Private Boxing Training

A private 1-on-1 training session. Training sessions are focused on boxing fundamentals, self defense and mental toughness. A $20 deposit is due in advance to secure training session. Each hourly session is $40/hour.

JLFTE Bootcamp

This 12-week program is coached by JewMonte Lewis of JewMonte Lewis Fitness & Training Empowerment. This camp is designed for the functional health and fitness enthusiast who is looking to train their mind, body and spirit. Training programs are individually customized to training needs and equipment accessibility. Join us this Fall for an impactful and elite experience. Instruction from Coach Jew will include proper body mechanics, free weight instruction and H.I.I.T. Style training.
